About the role

  • Development of creative event and presentation concepts
  • Conceptualization, planning and budgeting of events of all kinds for up to 3,000 people
  • Coordination and allocation of approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
  • Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
  • Office administration and event billing/settlement

Requirements

  • Experience in event management
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Experience with common booking software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
