About the role
- Development of creative event and presentation concepts
- Conceptualization, planning and budgeting of events of all kinds for up to 3,000 people
- Coordination and allocation of approximately 100 rooms in the in-house conference center
- Coordination and management of internal and external service providers
- Office administration and event billing/settlement
Requirements
- Experience in event management
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience with common booking software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
