About the role

  • Participate in projects covering analysis, concept creation, implementation, integration, testing and rollout of business solutions for portfolio management, payments, taxes, Lombard lending, etc.
  • Responsible for project design with regard to best practices and implementation through agile transformation.
  • Responsible for the support of IT systems focused on sustainability and stability.
  • Parameterize business solutions in Avaloq and associated peripheral systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure the availability of all relevant systems.
  • Assess newly submitted change requests from a developer’s perspective.
  • Coordinate activities in cross-divisional projects.
  • Create and maintain in-house developments and interfaces.
  • Support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Engineering
  • Avaloq certification is a plus
  • Work experience with Avaloq at a bank or in banking consulting as an IT specialist or application developer
  • Strong programming (scripting) skills and knowledge of Oracle SQL
  • Act as a reliable IT partner for an innovative and demanding business
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Team- and communication-oriented with the ability to work with various stakeholders in dynamic environments
  • Resilient, proactive personality with strong execution skills
  • Systematic, structured and independent way of working
  • Residence in Switzerland required
  • English required; German is a plus
