About the role
- Coordinate stakeholders to support account business objectives through the development and execution of functional success plans
- Help the client gain maximum value through all stages of the customer life cycle, from agreement signing to launch to close
- Lead efforts to modify existing processes or tools to improve client engagements across the organization
- Provide oversight in driving issues to resolution when business is at risk
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all projects
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Deliver internal auction success reviews to provide valuable insights back to the business
- Recommend auction success strategies based on client feedback
- Develop and manage project timelines and task lists
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage projects in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner
- Prioritize tasks by urgency that are aligned with the clients evolving priorities
- Set goals and achieve them by a stated date/time
- Take an analytical approach to problem solving
- Develop quick and creative solutions for project issues
- Complete all job tasks accurately and on-time
- Adhere to established processes and procedures to insure timely and accurate delivery of Client’s services
- Keep management informed regularly of events/issues that could impact client relationship
- Understand and manage the execution of tasks while setting proper expectations that are aligned with company metrics to achieve Client’s sales goals.
- Think strategically and tactically to meet Client’s needs, to improve current services or to deliver new services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated experience working directly with external customers, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Preferred minimum five years of experience in account management and/or sales roles
- Preferred knowledge of real estate industry
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Ability to anticipate problems and resolve effectively
- Ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker
- Management and team-building skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented in a production intensive environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or Mac equivalent and Google Suite
