About the role
- Help customers to answer their questions with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience and finding the best solution for their needs via phone, email and live chats
Requirements
- Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker
- High spoken level and understanding in Russian language
- Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Politeness, professionalism and friendly attitude to clients
- Previous customer experience is necessary
