Infrastructure Engineer

• Management, maintenance and optimisation of IT infrastructure Services that support organisation’s IT and business processes.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to all of CTS customers and clients.
• Enhancing customer experience through investigating and resolving system faults.
• Responsible for incident and request management and support of the Global infrastructure.
• Support and maintain the operational aspects of infrastructure services.
• Responsible for the maintenance and health of equipment related to IT infrastructure services.
• Ensuring key services are monitored with the Computershare NOC and have appropriate run books.
• Support infrastructure service incidents and root cause analysis.
• Deliver IT Operations in line with Business Process KPIs, User Experience and CSAT Objectives.
• Facilitate routine reviews for operational stability and performance across the E2E Service Design.
• Delivery of infrastructure Operation projects and initiatives.
