About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and further developing our cybersecurity policies and framework documentation
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
- Create, maintain and manage cybersecurity policies, standards and framework documents
- Present changes to the Policy Review Board and ensure their formal approval
- Process requests for policy exceptions and ensure they are properly justified
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISMS
- Work closely with Compliance, Audit and Legal departments
Requirements
- Degree or comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of professional experience in information/cyber security
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2)
- Knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, DevSecOps
- Certifications such as CISM, CRISC or equivalent
