About the role

  • Provide strategic, subject matter expertise in defining, designing, developing, communicating, and executing a comprehensive health and well-being strategy for key ComPsych customers
  • Develop and manage customer rewards programs; Create and document best practice approaches
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for vendor partners, ensuring consistent and timely communication to both Director and vendor partners
  • In partnership with Account Manager, provide strategic direction on the engagement strategy for each rewards customer
  • Develop customized communications and engagement materials; Create plans for distribution and promotion
  • Attend regular meetings with key customer contacts and provide updates and strategic direction for accounts
  • Lead marketing and communication initiatives for well-being products through development of decks, establishing promotional and engagement materials and standards
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead and contribute to strategic direction and content build out on well-being products
  • Communicate customer needs/trends and work with Director and Team Lead to build out relevant content
  • Support Sales, Account Services, Coaching Team and other internal teams in demos, upsells, and other customer presentations, as needed
  • In partnership with Sr. Project Lead, provide direction on best practices for reporting related to all products
  • Manage day-to-day and serve as a strategic voice with vendor partnerships: Duties include administration and tracking, trouble-shooting, coordination of events, product demonstrations, QBRs, and more
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple client accounts in the design and management of health and well-being programs, including rewards design
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare delivery
  • Superior communication and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to travel as needed
