About the role

  • Oversee our delivery operations and report directly to the Chief Customer Officer.
  • Serve in a hands-on capacity, fulfilling both Principal and Solution Architect responsibilities while the foundational team is built.
  • Focus on rapidly scaling a high-performing delivery team in Argentina, supporting all Microsoft Frontier Solutions.
  • Develop custom applications using the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Integrate D365 CE with external systems via APIs, and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML and JavaScript.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Frontier workloads and solutions, including Dynamics 365 (CE, F&SCM), Power Platform, Azure services, and Copilot technologies.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading Microsoft solution delivery teams, with a focus on enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Strong team leadership and performance management capabilities.
  • Experience managing financial targets, delivery performance, and resource utilization.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
