• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to orientation day.
• Provide concierge-level support to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
• Conduct proactive and regular communication with candidates to address concerns, answer questions, and ensure clarity.
• Ensure all required documents are signed and completed promptly.
• Monitor the status of documentation and proactively follow up with candidates to address delays.
• Collaborate with the People Business Partners, compliance or legal teams to resolve any document-related discrepancies or concerns.
• Facilitate and oversee the background screening process, ensuring candidates complete necessary forms accurately.
• Act as a liaison between screening vendors and candidates, addressing issues and delays promptly.
• Keep candidates informed on the screening process and assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Confirm candidates have completed all pre-employment requirements (like certifications, health screenings, fingerprinting, etc.).
• Provide clear pre-orientation day instructions and ensure candidates are prepared to attend.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate readiness for the candidate's start date, ensuring all logistical details are aligned.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Engage as a proactive and supportive team member, collaborating with recruiters to prevent onboarding challenges.
• Promote open communication to strengthen personal and team skill sets.
• Establish systematic and organized approaches for workload management and administrative tasks.
• Create equitable and transparent processes for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring consistency throughout.
• Develop structured plans and timelines that prioritize efficiency and maintain attention to detail.
• Monitor the results of onboarding projects, commitments, and resource delivery for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure that all communicated expectations are not only met but exceeded through proactive attention and engagement.
• Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to evaluate results and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Tackle issues and obstacles that arise during the onboarding process quickly and effectively.
• Advocate for candidate needs, keeping their concerns at the forefront to deliver stress-free solutions.
• Assist in resolving unforeseen circumstances while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
• Provide empathetic, polished, and professional customer service to represent the company brand positively.
• Deliver a flawless candidate experience that prioritizes their satisfaction throughout all touchpoints.
• Consistently go above and beyond to support candidates and ensure their onboarding journey is tailored to their needs.
