About the role

  • Co-sell with Channel Directors to influence and support SaaS opportunities across regions, segments, or verticals.
  • Lead deep discovery, articulate solution value, and support demos and evaluations with Sales Engineering.
  • Serve as a product and industry expert, enabling sellers with positioning, messaging, and best practices.
  • Create and refine sales assets such as presentations, ROI frameworks, and competitive materials.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and GTM teams to align on strategy and share customer insights.
  • Support accurate forecasting for your solution area and help the broader sales team achieve revenue goals.
  • Contribute to a strong sales culture through knowledge sharing and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of SaaS or software sales experience, ideally in an overlay, specialist, or co-selling role.
  • Proven ability to influence complex SaaS deals within enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer problems to product value and ROI.
  • Comfortable leading product and solution conversations, and collaborating effectively with sales engineers and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create or leverage effective sales collateral and enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging to executives, technical stakeholders, and business users.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
