About the role
- Grow our market share by raising awareness of our innovative ostomy care products.
- Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your customers.
- Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
- Develop your sales approach in line with our sales model and the targeting of the client portfolio.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff sessions to ensure correct use of our products.
- Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.
Requirements
- A higher education degree.
- Proven commercial/sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
- Curiosity and commitment.
- A strong desire to develop in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
