About the role

  • Grow our market share by raising awareness of our innovative ostomy care products.
  • Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your customers.
  • Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
  • Develop your sales approach in line with our sales model and the targeting of the client portfolio.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff sessions to ensure correct use of our products.
  • Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • Proven commercial/sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
  • Curiosity and commitment.
  • A strong desire to develop in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
