About the role
- Develops and implements marketing plans for both Atos Medical product ranges
- Coordinates the leadership team’s work during annual strategic planning
- Defines and executes initiatives targeted at healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers
- Develops and promotes associated services such as Atos Learning Institute and Atos Care
- Manages a team of 3 people, focusing on skills development
Requirements
- Advanced degree in marketing or a health-related field
- Proven marketing experience in the healthcare sector
- Strong customer focus and willingness to master the clinical environment related to laryngology and tracheotomy conditions
- Strategic thinking ability and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and persuasive ability
- Proficiency in English
