About the role

  • Responsible for expanding and operationally implementing our sales activities in Austria
  • Market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Central interface between customers, management and internal specialist departments
  • Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (consulting services) to corporate clients
  • Independent acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Management of the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract signing, involving product and sales specialists
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Accountability for revenue targets in your customer segment
  • Participation in trade shows, industry events and networking events to represent the company

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in B2B solutions sales
  • Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth (in B2B sales)
  • Solid knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Convincing presentation of the COLMENA product
  • Analytical mindset and KPI-driven working style
  • High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and resilience
  • Willingness to travel within Austria
  • Business-fluent German (C1 level)
  • Very good English language skills, written and spoken
