About the role
- Responsible for expanding and operationally implementing our sales activities in Austria
- Market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Central interface between customers, management and internal specialist departments
- Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (consulting services) to corporate clients
- Independent acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Management of the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract signing, involving product and sales specialists
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Accountability for revenue targets in your customer segment
- Participation in trade shows, industry events and networking events to represent the company
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in B2B solutions sales
- Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth (in B2B sales)
- Solid knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Convincing presentation of the COLMENA product
- Analytical mindset and KPI-driven working style
- High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and resilience
- Willingness to travel within Austria
- Business-fluent German (C1 level)
- Very good English language skills, written and spoken
