About the role

  • Upgrade legacy systems: Ruby 2.4 → 3.4 Ruby on Rails 4.2 → 8.0
  • Modernize 2 existing monoliths, starting with the second one in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build for scalability using Kubernetes and modern DevOps best practices.
  • Partner with internal Senior Dev Leads, with QA and DevOps handled in-house.

Requirements

  • Senior-level Ruby / Ruby on Rails developers with proven experience upgrading and refactoring large-scale applications
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, scalability, and microservices principles
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset — able to work closely with internal teams and adapt to a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for clean, maintainable code and engineering excellence.
