About the role

  • Drive volume, revenue, and profit growth through a unified retail sales strategy across all channels.
  • Align customer business plans with company priorities, brand strategies, and annual goals to maximize impact.
  • Serve as senior contact for key retail partners, fostering alignment and joint value creation.
  • Monitor category trends, shopper insights, and competition to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers to deliver excellence, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistency.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment between Key Accounts and Sales Centers.
  • Set expectations, assess performance, and provide coaching to support development and succession readiness.
  • Drive sales, profit, and market share through disciplined pricing, promotions, and merchandising, guided by data and insights.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align on pricing, availability, and execution.
  • Collaborate with KAMs and PRGM to manage budgets, spending, and funding while ensuring compliance and fiscal discipline.
  • Oversee technology platforms including ASN, CAO, My Coke, Anaplan, Picos, and Photo Recognition.
  • Represent the customer and channel voice across the organization to shape strategy and elevate retail execution.
  • Requires overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple customer channels and leading cross-functional teams to exceed business goals
  • Proven ability to develop and execute channel growth strategies that deliver sustainable results
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
  • Analytical and financially astute, capable of leveraging data and insights to guide strategic decisions.
