About the role
- Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
- Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
Requirements
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
