About the role
- Be a hands-on driver of HR excellence and a go-to partner for leaders and employees
- Provide HR consulting and coaching on policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle changes
- Support leaders in building high performing, inclusive teams
- Coordinate performance and talent processes
- Support annual salary review and bonus processes
- Maintain high data integrity across HR systems
- Support organizational change and develop P&C initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience in P&C with at least 3 years in a business partnering role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada
- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS and business systems, such as ADP, HiBob, Lever, Asana
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
