Controller

• Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Support monthly reporting for 12 shipping company subsidiaries in the group consolidation tool
• Prepare profitability and efficiency analyses and derive recommended actions
• Responsible for the accounting and financial operations of assigned subsidiaries
• Prepare financial and budget plans, forecasts and rolling projections to support corporate management
• Monitor loan agreements and support credit negotiations in coordination with Finance and Treasury teams
• Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances in the group system to ensure data consistency
• Prepare and provide documentation and reports for external stakeholders
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects to optimize existing financial processes, systems and workflows
• Continuous development of controlling instruments and reporting tools
