Supply Chain

• Accountable for managing the integrity of the inventory within a facility and reporting inventory results to the client and the operation's management team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO guidelines, Sarbanes Oxley and other regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership, guidance, direction and training to the Inventory Control staff
• Oversee and manage the Inventory Control departments of multiple accounts
• Plan, execute and reconcile physical inventories
• Oversee daily cycle counts, audits and reconciliation of activities between systems
• Resolve discrepancies and high-value variances through established investigative processes
• Collaborate with the management team to improve inventory accuracy
• Develop and maintain staff and organizational development programs
