About the role

  • Ensure that all out of service vehicles are expedited back into service
  • Handle vehicle damage, repairs, insurance cases, and administrative processes
  • Assess vehicle damage physically
  • Manage the lifecycle of vehicle damage cases
  • Liaise directly with clients, providing updates and addressing delays

Requirements

  • Detail-driven individual with experience in a vehicle management environment
  • Solid understanding of repair and insurance claims procedures
  • Administrative experience
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
