About the role
- Lead logistics operations: ensure compliance with specifications, optimize processes (flows, quality, continuous improvement) and deliver operational excellence.
- Drive the site’s transformation and development: structure the organization and establish the foundations for a sustainable, high-performing operation.
- Manage financial performance: monitor key indicators, optimize profitability and ensure rigorous margin management.
- Lead and engage teams: supervise more than 100 employees with hands-on, proximity management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering school or equivalent) with a specialization in supply chain or logistics.
- More than 5 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, ideally managing large logistics sites in the automotive or industrial sectors.
- Strong project management background and proven experience in transforming and developing logistics sites.
- Full professional proficiency in English, essential for operating in an international environment.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to unite, motivate and engage diverse teams.
