About the role
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees
- Manage daily operations and achieve set KPIs and planning targets
- Collaborate with colleagues and Control Room for optimal end-to-end process
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to logistics process
- Conduct measurements, create reports, and perform analyses
- Support absence management and maintain a healthy working environment
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor-level thinking and working skills, with at least completed MBO-4 education
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a dynamic environment
- Proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting
- Ambitious and hands-on ability to perform well under pressure
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Strong command of the English language, spoken and written
