• Provide legal advice and support for complex and strategic external growth projects
• Structure and contribute to M&A transactions, restructurings, company disposals, etc.
• Ensure and optimize the legal soundness and risk management of matters
• Conduct and supervise due diligence processes
• Prepare, manage and negotiate contractual and transaction documentation
• Manage signing/closing and post-closing phases

Requirements

Solid academic background in civil and business law
At least 10 years' experience in a large international industrial group or a leading corporate law firm
Experience in corporate law, M&A transactions, restructurings, divestitures, private equity, partnerships, and concession/infrastructure projects
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly
