• Ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT Digitalization projects, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and implement best practices in project management to drive operational excellence.
• Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations.
• Ensure all your duties are performed in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics policies.
• Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT Digitalization projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
• Oversee the work of cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and performance.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future processes.
