About the role
- Support in IT support (1st- and 2nd-level)
- Setup and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices
- Installation and maintenance of software and user accounts
- Participation in IT projects and rollouts
- Documentation of IT systems and processes
- Support with IT security and network tasks
Requirements
