About the role
- Intervene to support the Operations Director and the terminal operations team in challenging situations
- Act as a troubleshooter for complex operational issues
- Assist the General Manager in organizing the operations team and developing the roadmap
- Support and oversee the implementation of a continuous improvement process
- Evaluate and contribute to improving ongoing operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in container terminal operations
- Strong knowledge of the maritime sector and intercultural awareness
- Autonomous and proactive, with strong interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Geographic mobility — available for frequent travel
