About the role
- Accountable for fiscal and operational oversight of Luxury and Beauty vertical
- Oversee and direct regional operations to ensure growth and profitability goals
- Responsible for business development, sales, marketing, and new account development
- Plan and implement appropriate resources to ensure contractual compliance
- Provide guidance and leadership to the regional operations team
- Collaborate with region management to establish regional goals
- Develop and execute policies to meet organizational needs
- Review and evaluate regional P&L performance
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years in supervisory/managerial roles
- Extensive knowledge of company products/services
- In-depth supply chain management experience (end-to-end)
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing strategy execution
- Knowledge of U.S. retail markets and carrier negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred
