About the role
- Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team
- Prepare, process and check required documents in accordance with the guidelines
- Manage the administration of customer data (complaints, questions, appointments, customer data, overviews, KPIs)
- Ensuring a good customer relationship by providing correct and timely information and maintaining contact with the customer
- Participate in projects aimed at improvement within the LEAN philosophy with themes such as 5S and Kaizen
Requirements
- MBO/HBO work and level of thinking, possibly supplemented with a course in logistics
- Experience with service-oriented work
- Social and communication skills
- Stress resistant
- Command of the English language in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
