About the role
- lead a team of Operations Coordinators in their daily operations within the control tower
- ensure on time delivery and timely follow-ups with suppliers and other stakeholders
- monitor KPIs, SLAs and Quality Metrics
- provide detailed reports for the Operations Manager
Requirements
- knowledge or proven freight forwarding experience, preferably within a 3PL or global transport logistics industry
- understand cross-functional business processes
- proven operational supervisory and leadership skills
- strong analytical skills
- advanced knowledge of MS Office products (desirable)
