About the role
- Supervise and manage operational staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and ongoing performance management.
- Oversee the processing and review of account management documentation, data entry, and related operational records.
- Provide detailed analysis, interpretation, and professional guidance regarding account management policies, programs, and practices to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and management of standard and large-scale operational initiatives, coordinating resources and responses.
- Analyze account operation trends and present actionable recommendations to management and clients.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of operational databases and account information through regular audits and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related functional area.
- Intermediate proficiency in business communication in English.
- Professional experience in account management: less than two years for junior roles; two to five years for intermediate roles; and at least five years with specialized or technical program experience for senior roles.
- Strong knowledge of account management principles, organizational policies, and compliance requirements applicable to logistics and transportation operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills including staff assessment and recommendations, with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
