QA Engineer

• Deliver comprehensive quality assurance support including interpretation and implementation of internal and external standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development, updating, and communication of policies, procedures, and programs that enhance operational quality and compliance.
• Manage quality-related documentation, maintain accurate records, process various quality forms, and handle databases critical to operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, regulatory concerns, and client feedback, providing practical recommendations for resolution.
• Support training programs aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of quality control, safety standards, and environmental practices among staff and management.
• Provide consulting and negotiation support to ensure successful implementation of quality initiatives and foster positive relationships within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations pertaining to health, safety, and environmental aspects within logistics and warehouse settings.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business objectives and support organizational growth.
