About the role
- Assist in processing accounting operations for all departments within the station
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service with internal and external customers
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payment issues
- Monitor account profitability including invoicing and approving supplier invoices
- Log all transactions into the database
- Communicate with overseas contacts to prevent billing conflicts
- Perform other duties as assigned regarding purchase orders, invoicing, and maintenance scheduling
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year of related work experience
- Familiarity with accounting operations
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using currency, weight, and volume measurements
- Must be fluent in English
