About the role
- Preparation of reports and data analyses to support fast, well-founded decisions.
- Identification of operational challenges and their structured tracking and resolution.
- Close collaboration with local logistics management to optimize existing processes.
- Coordination of communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Visualization of relevant KPIs to improve operational transparency.
- Occasional travel to other ASOS sites and the Head Office to support on-site process implementation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Fluent German and English; knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
