About the role
- Identify and implement process improvements within warehouse operations
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors for process optimization
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff for successful implementation
- Work with cross-functional teams for integrated process improvements
- Continuously monitor and evaluate warehouse processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or business process improvement
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, contract logistics, and industry trends and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements by using data-driven methods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, both domestically and internationally
