About the role
- Oversee transportation and customs processes
- Provide customer service for shipments, receipts, and documentation
- Review and monitor shipment documentation for accuracy
- Communicate with customs officials
- Establish, monitor, and revise policies for customs clearance operations
- Address employee performance problems promptly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum four years related experience
- Minimum one year supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Working knowledge of ITAR, Import Brokerage, Export Compliance, Hazmat Regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
