About the role
- Moves product and material using several sources of manual or equipment operation
- Verifies information, prepares orders and completes appropriate documents
- Responsible for a wide range of activities that drive exceptional customer experience
- Facilitating customers shipping request for air exports and coordinating it throughout the CEVA organization
- Accountable for customer and operational inquiries and optimizing the shipment process
- Providing a variety of services using entry to advanced level technical and support regarding operations
- Reviewing, completing, and processing various degrees of documents and databases regarding orders, shipments, and requests
- Providing support researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve fulfillment, planning, and timing
- Assisting in the review and implementation of customer service policies, practices, and programs
- Assisting to ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Documents and maintains the customer requirements for handling in standard operating procedures
Requirements
- High School or secondary school, or equivalent education and experience if often accepted
- Three to five years of related experience in Ocean services or operational area
- Intermediate knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Analytical skills and good service orientation
- Intermediate understanding of basic office software (MS, CRM, tracking and tracing logic)
