About the role
- Ensure the logistics team achieves its daily goals
- Divide the workload within your team and guide them in the right direction
- Monitor progress and report it to your Operations Manager
- Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement, and initiate solutions
- Coach and develop your team
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in managing a team in a similar warehouse/logistics work environment
- Full-time availability, working in 3 shifts (early shift 6.15 – 14.45h, late shift 14.45 – 23.15h and (once in 5 weeks) a night shift 23.15 – 6.15h)
- Proficient in English, in writing and speaking, Dutch is a plus
- Strong communicator, a go-getter, and able to handle stressful situations
- Good social and contact skills
