About the role
- Lead demand and supply planning activities using BlueYonder, SAP and related tools to deliver accurate forecasts and effective S&OP processes.
- Facilitate collaborative planning meetings and ensure actionable, insight-driven outcomes.
- Design and implement supply chain maturity roadmaps and change initiatives for key clients.
- Optimise inventory and manage stock levels aligned to current and future business needs.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce bottlenecks.
- Establish, monitor and report on KPIs for ALPS through structured governance.
- Coach and develop a small team of planners, fostering best-practice behaviours and continuous improvement.
- Support logistics operations and innovation to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in advanced supply chain or S&OP environments, ideally within logistics and supply chain operations.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain or operations management.
- Solid experience in advanced planning or demand management roles.
- Proficiency in systems such as BlueYonder, SAP APO or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and Excel/database modelling skills.
- Ability to build partnerships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Proof of work rights and suitable professional referees required.
- Candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
