• Oversee customer’s freight through tracing and tracking
• Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies, and any agents handling freight
• Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery
• Manage customer support by responding to and handling all daily customer service requests
• Notify customers of any delays in shipping
• Prepare and assist with quotes for customers
• Perform various data management tasks
