About the role
- Responsible for the container terminal in French Guiana for CMA CGM
- Primary operational interface with the port authority and logistics partners
- Manage union relations with employee representatives
- Ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and lead improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a business or engineering school
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a similar role
- Ability to adapt to varied contexts and stakeholder relationships
- Strong managerial skills and leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation skills
- Fluent spoken French and English; comfortable with public speaking
