• Primary point of contact for employees and managers on all labor law and personnel policy matters
• Comprehensive HR support for all HR-related questions within the defined area of responsibility

• Review of HR-related costs and invoices

• Organization and management of the offboarding process (e.g., conducting exit interviews)
• Organization and execution of internship programs (e.g., hiring, program schedules, onboarding, and supervision of interns)
• Coordination and execution of workplace reintegration management
• Support for the appraisal campaign and talent review process
