About the role

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs
  • Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
  • Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Support facility-specific applications and systems as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
