About the role
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Support facility-specific applications and systems as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
