About the role
- Deliver comprehensive HR services including employee training, internal communications, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and organizational planning.
- Manage and review HR documentation, forms, and databases with precision to support timely decision-making and compliance.
- Provide clear interpretation and guidance on HR policies, assisting management and staff in resolving queries and addressing challenges proactively.
- Support employee relations efforts by conducting or assisting in investigations, and recommending equitable solutions that uphold workplace fairness.
- Collaborate on the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs tailored to meet organizational needs and promote a positive culture.
- Maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with union representatives, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, standards, and regulatory requirements, taking initiative to identify and address any gaps.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the broader goals of the HR Partnership team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines within multidisciplinary environments, showing adaptability and breadth of knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage sensitive data accurately and coordinate efficiently between various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with employees, management, and unions.
- In-depth understanding of Mexican labor laws, compliance practices, and HR best practices.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and embrace change within a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
