Business Analyst

• Work closely with the Commercial Control Manager
• Optimize and structure customer data
• Data acquisition, cleaning and structuring (Excel, Power Query, SQL, etc.)
• Optimized data modeling and storage
• Development of interactive dashboards and visual reports (Power BI)
• Data analysis, design of key performance indicators (KPIs) and generation of actionable insights
• Support for data quality improvement and governance
• Exploration of new data sources, particularly customer-related sources
• Act as a data consultant to support the Commercial Director in data-driven decision making
