About the role
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.
- Proactively promote CEVA’s Air & Ocean products and end-to-end logistics services to prospective customers.
- Prepare tailored proposals and lead negotiations in line with company procedures.
- Develop pricing and service strategies to deliver competitive and innovative customer solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline and reporting through CEVA’s CRM system (C-View).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and QHSE teams to ensure commercially sound and operationally sustainable solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Solid experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong understanding of Air and/or Ocean freight forwarding solutions
- Sound knowledge of supply chain management, including warehousing and domestic transport
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business (preferred).
