About the role
- Lead North American Quality team to support and ensure CEVA North America Sites full compliance with CEVA Quality Management System.
- Provide oversight, guidance and direction to all countries/sites.
- Deliver competent support to all relevant countries/sites in order to implement and develop the highest quality standards in each process.
- Drive the implementation of quality programs within the region.
- Design the communication strategy.
- Implement supplier Quality Governance.
- Ensure a non-conformity management governance is established and implemented.
- Ensure quality improvement opportunities are identified and action plans determined.
- Ensure full adherence and compliance to applicable standards , regulation and Global Quality Framework and Governance.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Safety, Safety & Health, Transportation Safety or a related science.
- 8+ years’ experience in Quality within Logistics, consumer goods, medical devices or Pharma.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Medical Devices and Pharma Industry Quality Standards (Iso 9001, GDP,GMP,ISO 13485).
- CAPA, NC, Audit Management.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the internal organization, with customers, Regulatory authorities, suppliers, etc.
- Experience working in a Matrix organization.
