About the role
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Lead, inspire and manage teams to drive high performance, productivity and quality
- Foster and maintain a proactive health & safety culture across the site
- Ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded in line with customer expectations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational enhancements
- Proactively manage risks and resolve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate shift records and ensure compliance with all processes
- Promote best practices in stock handling to minimise loss, damage, and inefficiency
- Conduct regular GEMBA walks and 5S audits to sustain operational excellence
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience managing teams, ideally within a 3PL environment
- Ability to motivate, support and grow your team
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
