About the role
- Provide excellent service as part of Air France's Remote Sales customer service team
- Advise, recommend, and sell Air France-KLM products and services, SkyTeam offerings, and those of the airline's air and non-air partners
- Contribute to Air France Group objectives in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A degree or training in tourism, or a strong interest in the travel industry and remote customer service
- A collaborative team player
- Commitment to excellent customer service with a personalized approach to each interaction
- Ability to reassure customers and propose appropriate solutions
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Experience in airline ticketing (Amadeus)
