Account Manager

• Responsible for employee relations services across various VF functions
• Leading ER functions as a trusted expert on matters including internal allegations and leadership coaching
• Conduct timely, thorough and impartial internal investigations on all workplace allegations
• Provide Leaders at all levels with strategic guidance, recommendations and support with performance management
• Support leave management including ADA accommodations and conduct the Interactive Process to make recommendations
• Manage the reorganization and exit process including ensuring accurate documentation
• Partner with Client Group HRBP’s to align disciplinary actions involving employees, leaders, and/or teams
• Draft, update and maintain VF policies and provide coaching and performance recommendations
