About the role
- Oversee daily operations across Merchant, Consumer, Deals, and Franchise Support.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all offer types, including promotional deals and coupons.
- Lead a local and global support team responsible for providing exceptional service to advertisers, consumers, and franchise markets.
- Manage daily coverage, prioritize workload, and handle escalations to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance to resolve complex issues and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, or service delivery, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Experience managing offer-related processes (deals, coupons, or advertising programs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Zendesk for case management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
